Conditions for Acquiring Service

A) Applications not fulfilling the following qualification conditions shall be excluded:

  1. Main and supporting SMEs shall be working in the industrial field without being of the public shareholding companies
  2. Main and supporting companies shall be registered at the Ministry of Industry and Trade or official bodies by not less than two years from the date of applying
  3. Company shall be 100% of private sector
  4. Company shall have obtained valid Professions License
  5. Number of employees shall be not less than 10 and not more than 250 before applying date based on the social security statements of the Main and supporting companies.
  6. Having previous experience in export during one of the three preceding years (2016+2017+2018)
  7. Main company shall have a website
  8. Main and supporting companies shall be solvent in order to cover their share of the total project cost based on the analysis of financial statements (income statement, account trial balance, statement of cash flow) in addition to an account statement ratified by the bank
  9. Neither Main and supporting companies shall have been withdrawn of the program previous rounds after signing agreements therewith
  10. Applications shall be received before the deadline determined for receipt
  11. Project idea shall be compatible with the program objectives (assisting companies for exportation)
  12. Abide by using the accredited form for applying to benefit from grant, typed in Arabic.

B) Applications not fulfilling the following qualification conditions shall be excluded:

  1. Requested grant limit Exceeding 50000 Dinars for the main company and not exceeding 20000 Dinars for the supporting company in the application form and project budget annex
  2. Percentage of requested funding from corporation shall exceed 60% of total project cost in the application form and project budget annex
  3. Project implementation period shall be between 3 and 12 months

  • Accredited Application for benefitting from the grant for the second round + project budget annex / (original + two hard copies + one soft copy) in a sealed envelope from Beneficiary company

  • Copy of the company registration certificate from the Ministry of Industry and Trade clarifying foundation date and company signatories
  • Copy of a valid professions’ license from Greater Amman Municipality
  • Original statement of the Social Security Corporation
  • Copy of the financial statements of the last two years (income statement, account trial balance, statement of cash flow)
  • Account statement ratified by the bank
  • Copy of the (export license + statement of Customs Department) during the last two years for proving export experience and history.
  • Main and supporting companies’ profiles in addition to the brochure of exportation product of the Main company and association product of the supporting company

Standard period required for service provision

Period for announcing evaluation results based on the financial allocations and number of received applications

Standard period for main procedures (related to the number of places and employees)

  • Promotional activities of launching programs (through advertisements and Induction days): One month
  • Receiving applications : One month from the launching ceremony
  • Administrative and technical evaluation of applications : One and half month of receiving applications
  • Prepare agreements for beneficiaries of program grants: One week from the evaluation phases termination date
  • Results announcement and agreement signing ceremony : One day
  • Following-up on plans’ implementation for beneficiaries of program grants : One year from the date of signing agreements
