Conditions for Acquiring Service
|
Eligibility Criteria:
- Legal Entity in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
- Registered at the Ministry of Industry and Trade and is at least 2 years old.
- Operates in the industrial sector.
- 100% owned by the private sector.
- Has a valid professional license
- Number of employees is a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 250 (employment eligibility criteria will be implemented for the number of registered employees at the Social Security Corporation for one year prior to the deadline to invite applications).
- The company should be financially solvent to cover its share of the investment total cost.
- Has an export activity over the past two years at least.
- Company has a website in English.
- Company should not have accumulated losses over the past 2 years.

Required Documents
|
- Authenticated copy of a certificate of registration from the Ministry of Industry and Trade or relevant ministries stating clearly names of persons with authorized signatures.
- Valid professional license.
- Company financial statements for the last 2 years.
- Authenticated copy of staff lists from the Social Security Corporation.
- Proof that the Company had exported during the past two years, such as an export bill, bills of lading, export permits, and others.
- Evidence of financial solvency such as a bank statement.
