Applying Conditions

Eligible Activities:

  1. Technical training on establishing and managing the online stores.
  2. Consulting services establishing and managing the virtual stores.
  3. Subscription fees on the online marketplaces such as Alibaba, Amazon, eBay, Shopify…etc. and the development fees for company stand-alone virtual store and mobile applications.
  4. Electronic Marketing campaigns via social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn…etc.), PPC (Pay per Click) ads using (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads…etc.) or through the marketplaces (Amazon, Alibaba…etc.).

Financial Support Details:

A grant support will be provided with a ceiling of 7,000 JD per company with a contribution of 70% from the overall project cost as per the description of the eligible activities.

Payment mechanism:

100% of the grant value will be paid to the company after finishing the implementation of the activities of the approved budget, and all project documents are approved by the JEDCO.

Technical Support Details:

Providing technical and coaching services for SMEs on the e-commerce and the marketing campaigns (PPC & Social) to fully understand the methods, techniques, and dynamics of VMPs and to provide them with coaching and advisory services to accelerate the implementation progress of projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. To be a manufacturing company and registered in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply and not a public shareholding company.
  2. To be 100% privately owned company (Note: The priority will be given to women owned businesses "above or equal to 51% of the company shares").
  3. Working for at least two years before the submission date of the application.
  4. Has a number of employees between (5 – 250) before the submission date of the application according to the social security records.
  5. Has an export experience during the last 3 years ( minimum one year).
  6. Has an appropriate financial capacity to cover their contribution in the project cost according to the audited financial statements for the last 2 years.
  7. Commitment to use the approved form template and the writing to be in Arabic.
  8. The proposed project by the company has to be in line with the program objective.
  9. The application to be received before the deadline.
  10. The requested grant support not to exceed 7,000 JD per company in the application form and the budget sheet. Also, the requested JEDCO’s contribution not to exceed 70% from the overall project budget of maximum 7,000 JD.
  11. The implementation period 3-6 months.

  • Certificate of registration indicating the date of establishment and the authorized signatories of the company/ Electronic Copy from The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply
  • Active vocational license/ Electronic Copy from Amman Municipality
  • Updated social security records for the employees/ Electronic Copy from Social Security Corporation
  • Audited financial statements for the last two years (Income statement, Balance sheet, & the Cash flow)/ Electronic Copy from the company.
  • Bank statement stamped by the bank/ Electronic Copy from The bank
  • Company profile for the company/ Electronic Copy from the company.
  • Customs declaration as a proof for export experience during the last 3 years ( minimum for 1 year ) / Electronic Copy
  • All companies should register on the National SME Portal using the following link through user Registration: http://smehub.jo/Company/Login ​and Provide us with a screenshot for ( it was registered successfully ) and with the username established by the company

**Note : Please take into consideration that the registration on the National SME portal is not a replacement for submitting the application form with other required documents
