Target segments

Micro and small and medium Services companies (MSMEs)with no Export or limited export performance “less than 30,000 JD “ and gross sales less than 70,0000 in any of the previous 3 years”2020,2019,2018” in the following sectors :

  • Information Technology
  • Engineering and Architects
  • Tourism
  • Health Sector including Medical Tourism.
  • Management Consulting, Training, Legal and financial services.

Service provision conditions

Any applicant to this grant should be” eligible” and fulfill the following Eligibility Criteria :

  1. A legal entity works in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
  2. Registered at the Ministry of Industry and Trade and not less than 2 years old registration from the date of applying for the grant.
  3. A service company operating in one of the following sectors :
    1. Information Technology
    2. Engineering and Architects
    3. Tourism
    4. Health Sector including Medical Tourism.
    5. Management Consulting, Training, Legal and financial services.
  4. 100% owned by the private sector, 51% or more should be a Jordanian Ownership.
  5. Has a valid professional license
  6. Number of employees is a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 250
  7. The entity financial viability to cover its share from the investment
  8. Has financial statements for the years 2018, 2019 and cash flow for the year 2020.
  9. No Export or Limited Export performance” less t than JD 30,000 “ and gross sales performance of JD 70,000 or less in any year of the 3 previous years “2020,2019,2018”
  10. Having a web site or any social media page
  11. The entity didn’t benefit from “Boosting export programs “launched by JEDCO in the last 2 years.

Required Documents

  1. Authenticated copy of a certificate of registration from the Ministry of Industry and Trade stating clearly names of persons with authorized signatures, ownership,
  2. Valid professional license.
  3. Company financial statements for the years 2018, 2019 and a cash flow for the year 2020.
  4. Authenticated copy of staff lists from the Social Security Corporation.
  5. Proof that the company has no export, or limited export performance “less than JD 30,000” and proof of the gross sales” less than 70,000 “through the financial statements year 2018, year 2019 and cash flow of 2020.
  6. Evidence of financial viability such as a bank statement.
  • For stage 2” : after passing stage 1 and a training program successfully , and being one of top 60 applicants , the company should submit stage 2 application + the required budget (Original +2 hardcopies +one soft cop) in a sealed envelope before the deadline that will be announced .

Standard period required for service provision

4 months “from launching the project till signing the agreements with beneficiaries.

Standard period for main procedures (related to the number of places and employees)

  • Promotional Campaign , Launching Event & Information day : One month
  • Electronic registration Stage One Application Submission+ Eligibility Criteria documents : Immediately after the project launch and lasts for one month
  • Evaluation of stage one ”Technical and financial “ : 2 weeks
  • Conduct Training Programs: 2 weeks
  • Stage 2 Application Submission : One month form finalizing the training
  • Evaluation of stage 2 and field visits: One month
  • Agreements signature: 2 weeks after finalizing field visits​
  • Signature Ceremony: One day
  • Execution of the contracts and action plans: One year
