Commercialization

There are entrepreneurs who invent and make prototypes for products that provide a specific function that meets the needs of a specific group or solve a problem for them. Those inventors have dreams to transform their product prototypes into commercial projects.

The commercialization program was launched by JEDCO to respond to this group of people by discovering their potential and providing technical and financial support in order to help them turn their dreams into reality

The program is designed to give the necessary training and coaching to the pre-selected entrepreneurs to help them develop a business plan for their projects based on the best international practices.

Also, the program provides grants up to JD 40,000 to help in establishing and running the business.

Program objectives

1. To encourage entrepreneurs to transfer their inventions into commercial and feasible projects

2. To introduce new and innovative products that meet the local and international market demand or substitute imports.  

3. To support new feasible projects with high potential to grow and create jobs for Jordanians.
